Clinical Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage clinical trial delivery across diverse clinical programs
• Gain exposure to studies spanning Phase I through Phase III
• Work with a variety of sponsors and therapeutic areas
• Build strong client relationships
• Adapt to varied projects with different requirements and challenges

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Clinical Project Management experience
• Prior CRO experience, ideally within a small to mid-sized organization
• Experience supporting studies across multiple clinical phases
• Strong operational, client-facing, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt, prioritize, and succeed in a dynamic environment
• A growth mindset with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges

Preferred Experience

• Psychiatry/CNS studies
• Acute Pain studies
