Clinical Project Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Clinical Project Manager to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will oversee the planning and execution of clinical research studies, with a focus on compliance, sponsor communication, and cross-functional coordination. You will be responsible for keeping trials on track through strong project management, clear status reporting, and effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners. The position also plays an important role in supporting study operations, team leadership, and readiness for audits and inspections. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $115,000 – $145,000 annually Responsibilities Manage clinical research studies to ensure compliance with protocols and regulations Serve as the primary point of contact for study sponsors Oversee clinical study functions including data management and pharmacovigilance Generate and present study status updates to sponsors Supervise and train clinical team members and Associate PMs Facilitate teamwork and communication to meet trial milestones Prepare for and participate in audits and inspections Qualifications Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field, or equivalent experience 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO industry, including 1 year in a management role Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Word and Excel Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Benefits Collaborative work environment Opportunities for professional development Engagement in diverse clinical projects Supportive team culture Access to advanced tools and technologies Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
