Clinical Project Coordinator

Responsibility

• Coordinates tasks as directed by study leads, including:
  • Maintaining the study file.
  • Communicating found or potential problems to study lead or per Communication/Study Plan.
  • Performing quality control checks.
  • Drafting and assisting in the development of study documents for study lead review.
  • Tracking and reporting study metrics.
  • Performing sample management tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life science or related field, or four years of relevant equivalent work experience.
• Relevant experience in laboratory or clinical study discipline.
• High attention to detail and great oral/written communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a cross functional team environment.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 programs.

Physical Requirements

• While performing duties, the employee is frequently required to sit, talk, or hear.
• Occasionally required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, and stoop, kneel, or crouch.
• Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, and depth perception.
