Clinical Programs Prem Coordinator |Post Renal Transplant| Day Full time.

Responsibilities

• Identifying the patient's alterations in health
• Assessing the patient's response to treatment protocols
• Communicating appropriate data to physician staff
• Implementing nursing interventions based upon established treatment protocols
• Anticipating potential outcomes for patients at risk for complications

Qualifications

• Minimum Education and Experience Requirements: Graduate of an accredited four (4) year, baccalaureate program in nursing required. Master's degree in nursing or Master's degree 'eligible' (i.e. completion of academic coursework) or related health care field preferred.
• Current license as a registered nurse (R.N.). Minimum of three years of experience in nursing with at least two (2) years medical/surgical experience with transplant patient population; critical care or transplantation experience preferred; prefer knowledge in transplant immunology, technical aspects of surgery, interpretation of diagnostic and laboratory data, and clinical management of patients.
• Motor Vehicle Operator Designation: Employees in this position: Will operate vehicles for an assigned business purpose as a non-frequent drivers Licensure/Certification/Registration: BSN or Bachelors in other heath related field required. Current RN license in the State of Florida ARNP or RN.
