Clinical Program Supervisor - New Life ($5000 Sign on Bonus)

About the role

The Clinical Program Supervisor provides leadership to New Life and Partial Hospitalization (Dojo) clinicians. This supervisory role offers direct clinical guidance, as well as direction in paperwork/documentation, through teaching, mentoring, and offering support to staff.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct clinical guidance and support to New Life and Partial Hospitalization clinicians.
• Assesses, manages cases, and provides support services to individuals in the New Life residential and partial hospitalization programs.
• Works closely with the New Life Program Manager to ensure accurate and timely documentation of services.
• Provides direct client services as needed.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or other related field is required.
• License or eligibility as a Professional Counselor, Clinical Social Worker or Clinical Psychologist with the State of Virginia is required.
• CSAC or LSATP is helpful.
• At least three years of experience providing direct clinical services in SUD/mental health treatment field is required.
• Supervisory experience and knowledge/experience with SUD is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in SUD/mental health treatment field is required.
