Clinical Program Supervisor - ACT Team

Lenawee Community Mental Health Authority is seeking a compassionate, organized, and experienced behavioral health professional to lead our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team. This full-time leadership position plays a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care for adults with severe and persistent mental illness in Lenawee County.

Our agency provides or manages a full array of services to adults and children with mental health issues, emotional disturbances, substance use disorders, and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities

A Day In The Life Of An ACT Supervisor:

• Lead the team's daily meeting, assign new referrals, review crisis situations, and ensure follow-up care is coordinated across disciplines.
• Provide direct services to consumers – such as therapy, case management, or crisis intervention.
• Ensure documentation, medication protocols, and treatment plans are carried out with accuracy and integrity.
• Supervise and support team members, assist in scheduling to meet consumer's needs, consult on clinical issues, and review service utilization data.
• Prepare for MiFAST reviews, review individualized plans of service (IPOS), and work with community partners to ensure continuity of care.
• Promote fidelity to the ACT model while delivering ethical, high-quality services.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in social work or human services field.
• Licensed or certified by the State of Michigan in Social Work, Psychology, or other related Behavioral Health field.
• At least three (3) years of experience working with the severely and persistently mentally ill population.
• One year of previous supervisory experience desired.
• Education and demonstrated competency in assessment, crisis management and stabilization, and therapeutic care for mentally impaired adults and individuals who have substance use disorders.
• Possess a valid U.S. driver's license.
• Must complete ACT 101 Training within 6 months of hire.

Pay

The starting annual salary is $77,649. The annualized salary range for this position is $77,649 to $100,269 per year (based on a 37-1/2 hour work week); the range is based on the number of years of service with the agency.
