Clinical Program Director of Residential Services

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical and operational functions of residential behavioral health services
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and policies
• Use generic technology tools to support program operations
• Supervise staff and ensure quality care delivery
• Collaborate with other departments to align services and meet client needs
• Travel to different locations as needed to support program operations

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
• Active CT State licensure: LCSW, LPC, or LMFT; LADC is a plus
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a residential behavioral health setting
• Experience with CSSD and/or DMHAS-funded programs preferred
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Valid CT State driver's license

Qualifications

• Master's Degree from an accredited institution in a relevant field
• Active licensure in Connecticut: LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
• 3-5 years of experience supervising residential behavioral health programs
• Proficient in leadership and clinical supervision
• Dependable and detail-oriented
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and climb stairs
• Completion of introductory probationary employment period

Full time - Mon-Fri 08:00am-04:00pm, One Late Night a Week 10:00am-06:00pm
