Provides expert consultation and leadership across healthcare disciplines, collaborating with teams and stakeholders to address complex issues and achieve project goals.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates advanced knowledge, best practices, and regulatory compliance by conducting audits, investigations, and chart reviews to identify issues and develop improvement plans.
• Develops and implements policies, procedures, protocols, and educational programs to ensure compliance and address deficiencies.
• Designs and delivers training sessions, seminars, and workshops, mentoring staff on policies, protocols, and best practices to foster continuous learning.
• Identifies innovation opportunities in care delivery models and workflows, promoting a culture of improvement.
• Engages independently with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate collaboration, representing organizational interests and fostering strong relationships.
• Supports policy development and implementation aligned with organizational and regulatory requirements, anticipating future industry changes.
• Provides guidance on interpretation of policies, supporting regulatory compliance through audits and investigations, and staying current with industry trends.
• Encourages evidence-based research and innovation, and promotes stakeholder engagement and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in healthcare
• A relevant bachelor’s degree
• Licensure in multiple states
