Clinical Practice Manager, Ophthalmology

What You'll DO

• Lead Clinic Operations - Oversee all day-to-day clinic operations to ensure efficient workflows, exceptional patient experiences, and high-quality care
• Maintain compliance with all organizational policies, as well as applicable state and federal regulations
• Drive a Patient-Centered Culture - Partner with providers and staff to ensure seamless patient flow and an exceptional care experience
• Foster Collaboration and Communication - Serve as a trusted resource and leader for teammates, providers, and organizational partners
• Contribute to Organizational Success - Manage clinic budgets and resources to support financial performance and sustainable growth

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience (clinical supervisor and above) with direct reports in a clinical setting
• Intermediate level of experience with Microsoft Suite

Pay and Schedule

• The salary for this role will range from $72,800 - $130,000 annually based on full-time employment
