The Clinical Postdoctoral Associate will provide extensive training in evidence-based treatments for OCD, anxiety, and related disorders, offering individual and group services both in person and virtually. Responsibilities
- Conducting phone screenings for potential clients
- Performing psychodiagnostic assessments for incoming clients
- Providing individual therapy
- Maintaining documentation
- Participating in didactics and clinical team meetings
- Potential opportunities for community outreach events and conference presentations
Requirements
- U.S. citizen who has completed an APA-approved doctoral program and internship in clinical, counseling, or school psychology
- Clinical experience with individuals across the lifespan using a Cognitive Behavioral framework
- Experience with Exposure and Response Prevention and/or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy preferred
- Must obtain a provisional license to practice in the state of Tennessee before starting the position
