The Clinical Pharmacy Specialist provides advanced clinical pharmacy services in various specialties to ensure optimal safety and cost-effective therapeutic regimens in collaboration with respective specialty disciplines.
Experience Required
- 0-2 Years Required
- Hospital pharmacy experience (or clinically relevant experience)
- PGY2 Required In Specialty Or Equivalent Clinically Relevant Experience
- PGY1 required
Education Requirements
- Doctorate Degree Required
License/Certification Requirements
- New Jersey Pharmacy license (or eligible for licensure within 6 months Required)
- Postgraduate (PGY2) residency in required specialty Required
