About the role
We are seeking a Manager of Clinical Pharmacy to oversee high-quality pharmaceutical care services, ensuring compliance with professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Planning, developing, implementing, and coordinating pharmacy services to optimize patient outcomes.
- Managing staff, workflows, and operational activities within the pharmacy department.
- Ensuring adherence to regulatory and safety standards.
- Collaborating with healthcare teams to support patient-centered care.
- Providing leadership and mentorship to pharmacy staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
- Oregon Pharmacist License upon hire.
- At least 2 years of pharmacy experience in relevant settings.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Preferred: PharmD degree and 1 year of management experience.
