Clinical Pharmacy Coordinator - Sign on Bonus $20,000 (Ardmore, OK)

About the Role

Responsible for the coordination and implementation of Clinical Pharmacy Services. Ensures that Pharmacy provides optimal clinical services on a daily basis. Facilitates the development and ongoing management of systems that promote desirable patient outcomes through the use of safe, cost-effective medication therapy. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with Mercy’s mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited school of pharmacy (minimum requirement).
• Current pharmacist license from the state of practice.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in area of practice.

Preferred Qualifications

• ASHP Accredited PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency.
• Two or more years of clinical experience and completion of a PGY-1 residency.
• Board of Pharmacy Specialties Board Certification.
