What You’ll Need To Apply
- Required Education: Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) accredited pharmacy school
- Required Experience: One (1) year of hospital registered pharmacist experience. Human Resources (HR) may accept the successful completion of a postgraduate year one (PYG1) pharmacy residency in lieu of the required hospital pharmacist experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: Completion of post-graduate year one (PGY1) and post-graduate year two (PGY2) residencies. Advanced training (e.g., residency, fellowship, and/or board certification). Two (2) to four (4) years of clinical pharmacy experience.
- Effective communication skills. Leadership skills. Ability to work independently. Professional demeanor. Mature. Independent. Takes initiative.
Required Certification/License/Registry
- Licensed [or eligible for licensure (i.e., meets all statutory requirements for Florida licensure application)] as a pharmacist in accordance with Florida Statutes (F.S.), Title XXXII (Regulations of Professions and Occupations), Chapter 465 (Pharmacy), Sections 007 through 013.

Performs miscellaneous duties not expressly described herein. Reports To: Asst Dir Pharmacy Clin Program (job code (JC): 020801) Supervises : None. Oversees pharmacy technicians’ work but does not supervise directly.
