Clinical Pharmacist - Specialty Pharmacy Oncology

About the role

The role is fully remote after initial training onsite.

Responsibilities

• Reviews medication orders for safe and effective medication use
• Collaborates with physicians and other health care personnel to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Formulates recommendations based on current literature and evidence-based practice

Requirements

• Eligible or currently licensed in both the State of Maine and New Hampshire
• Advanced oncology training and experience, including completion of a PGY2 Oncology Residency and/or BCOP certification

Qualifications

• Current applicable state(s) license with Board of Pharmacy required
• Previous pharmacist experience preferred

Skills

• Strong knowledge of oncology pharmacy practices
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
