About the role
The role is fully remote after initial training onsite.
Responsibilities
- Reviews medication orders for safe and effective medication use
- Collaborates with physicians and other health care personnel to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Formulates recommendations based on current literature and evidence-based practice
Requirements
- Eligible or currently licensed in both the State of Maine and New Hampshire
- Advanced oncology training and experience, including completion of a PGY2 Oncology Residency and/or BCOP certification
Qualifications
- Current applicable state(s) license with Board of Pharmacy required
- Previous pharmacist experience preferred
Skills
- Strong knowledge of oncology pharmacy practices
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
