Clinical Pharmacist - Specialty Pharmacy Oncology

This per diem position will help to support our MaineHealth Oncology Clinics. The selected candidate must be available to train on site in Southern Maine. Once onboarded, this will be a remote position. We are specifically seeking candidates with advanced oncology training and experience, including those who have completed a PGY2 Oncology Residency and/or hold Board Certification in Oncology Pharmacy (BCOP).
Responsibilities
- Reviews medication orders for safe and effective medication use
- Collaborates with physicians and other health care personnel to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Formulates recommendations based on current literature and evidence-based practice
Requirements
- Position will need to be eligible or currently licensed in both the State of Maine and New Hampshire
- Current applicable state(s) license with Board of Pharmacy required
Qualifications
- Previous pharmacist experience preferred
- Advanced oncology training and experience preferred, including PGY2 Oncology Residency and/or Board Certification in Oncology Pharmacy (BCOP)
Pay
$58.85 to $79.63 per hour
