Clinical Pharmacist - Floating position (Lebanon/St. Robert/Rolla)

Responsibilities

• Oversees the preparation and dispensing of medication
• Verifies medication orders
• Maintains monitoring of patient medication therapy
• Provides medication information to patients, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
• Identifies, recommends, resolves, and prevents medication-related problems
• Supervises and directs pharmacy support personnel
• Ensures timely medication administration

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor of Science (BS) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an ACPE-accredited school or college of pharmacy
• Licensure: Current pharmacist license from applicable State Board of Pharmacy
• Experience: Previous retail experience preferred but not required
• Certifications: Other preferred
