Clinical Pharmacist - PT - Day/Evening - $3,750 Sign on Bonus - MHM

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and provides clinical pharmacy services to patients and works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team.
• Provides leadership and oversight to pharmacy technicians and other support staff for the distribution, dispensing and compounding of sterile and non-sterile medications and related supplies in compliance with accreditation, legal, regulatory and safety requirements.
• Performs sterile compounding, including limited hazardous medications in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Able to perform all activities per pharmacy technician scope of practice.
• Competent and skilled to perform all duties of Technician I.
• Assists with procurement of medications and supplies through various ordering platforms.
• Assists with process improvement and continuous quality and safety monitoring initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
• Pharmacist License (PS LICENSE) - State of Florida (FL)
