Clinical Pharmacist PRN - 2nd shift (W&C)

About the role

Maintains drug therapy to enhance patient outcomes and care quality, suggests appropriate and cost-effective medications, and ensures accurate and timely medication distribution.

Responsibilities

• Maintains drug therapy to enhance patient outcomes and care quality, suggests appropriate and cost-effective medications, and ensures accurate and timely medication distribution.
• Implements and evaluates nutritional support and pharmacokinetic regimens.
• Supervises pharmacy technical staff.

Requirements

• Completion of post graduate pharmacy residency or equivalent clinical experience strongly preferred.
• Proof of current AHA BLS must be provided or obtained by the end of the orientation period.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in pharmacy or doctor of pharmacy degree from an accredited university with license to practice pharmacy in Alabama required.
