Clinical Pharmacist - Per Diem Variable
Responsibilities
The Clinical Pharmacy Specialist for Credena Health is responsible for coordination of medication related services as it pertains to specialty pharmacy. Responsibilities include promotion of evidence-based, safe, effective drug therapy, standardization of medication practices across the continuum, and coordination with drug procurement, inventory management and billing processes.
Requirements
- Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
- Upon hire: Oregon Pharmacist License.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in retail, specialty, or ambulatory care pharmacy practice.
