Join Massachusetts General Hospital’s Internal Medicine and Surgery Clinical Pharmacy team and make a meaningful impact on patient care. This role is essential to providing high-quality care while promoting medication safety, therapeutic outcomes, and supporting care teams.
Working directly in patient care areas, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support a diverse inpatient population through pharmacotherapeutic optimization, therapeutic recommendations, complex drug information support, emergency response, and clinical interventions for admitted patients. Beyond direct patient care, this role offers the opportunity to shape institutional practice by contributing to policy development, workflow optimization, and clinical program advancement.
