About the role
The Princess Grace Hospital, part of the world-renowned HCA Healthcare UK, offers a range of specialist services including complex surgery, medical and intensive care. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated junior pharmacist who is passionate about delivering safe, high-quality, and patient-centred care in a hospital setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-focused clinical pharmacy services, ensuring the safe and effective use of medicines and consistently meeting the needs of all service users.
- Work across all aspects of the core pharmacy service across a broad range of clinical specialties, including medicines management, clinical screening, medicines reconciliation, patient counselling, and providing medicines advice and evidence-based practice for both inpatients and outpatients.
- Support the delivery of safe and effective patient care whilst assisting with the quality, governance, and assurance of pharmacy services across the hospital.
- Contribute to the continuous development of the pharmacy service through audit activity, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and participating in relevant Quality Improvement Projects (QIPs).
Requirements
- Master’s degree in pharmacy (MPharm) or equivalent
- GPhC Registration
- Minimum 3 months post-registration experience in a hospital setting
- Excellent clinical, communication and organisational skills

Competitive depending on experience
Schedule
Full time, 37.5 hours per week between Monday-Friday, with contribution to on-calls and weekends on a rota basis
