Clinical Pharmacist - Hospital PRN Every 4th Weekend

Qualifications

• Requires a Doctor of Pharmacy degree or at least three (3) years experience as a Staff Pharmacist.
• Current Missouri Pharmacy licensure.
• Licensure: Missouri Board of Pharmacy Medication Therapy Services Certificate within 90 days of hire.
