We are seeking a Clinical Pharmacist for Critical Care to provide comprehensive medication management in adult ICUs, including Medical-Surgical, Cardiac, and Neurocritical Care units.
Responsibilities
- Improve patient outcomes through direct care
- Participate in medical rounds
- Respond to emergencies
- Serve as a preceptor for pharmacy residents and students
Requirements
- PharmD or Bachelor's in Pharmacy
- Oregon Pharmacist License
Qualifications (Preferred)
- PGY2 Critical Care Residency
- 2+ years of critical care experience
Schedule
- Primarily days and evenings in 10-hour shifts
- Every third weekend
Pay
Compensation ranges from $72.42 to $114.33 per hour, with additional pay incentives possible.
