Clinical Pharmacist
Job Summary
The Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for providing pharmaceutical care activities to ensure safe and effective drug therapy through the provision of clinical pharmacy services. The Clinical Pharmacist delivers pharmaceutical care services by monitoring and intervening in therapeutics to provide optimum outcomes in a cost-effective manner.
Qualifications
- Current KY Pharmacist licensure or eligible for licensure
- One-year hospital experience or equivalent
- Hospital pharmacy residency preferred
- Excellent communication and computer skills
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 60 months of employment start date
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 60 months of employment start date
- Doctorate Degree or Bachelors
