Clinical Pharmacist
Summary
Maine Medical Center is seeking a full time, Clinical Flex Pharmacist to support their overnight Inpatient Pharmacy. The Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for ensuring the safe and effective use of medications within the acute care setting through review of electronic medication orders, drug therapy monitoring, drug information, and the direct oversight of non-sterile and sterile compounding activities.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities (KSAs)
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD degree from a recognized/accredited school or college of pharmacy required.
- Licenses/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) license with Board of Pharmacy required.
- Experience: Previous pharmacist experience preferred.
