The posted compensation range of $58.83 - $94.20 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting.
Job Requirements
- Required Education and Experience: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree
- Required Licensure and Certifications: BLS-CPR, Active State Pharmacist License in good standing in the state in which the employee works
- Preferred Licensure and Certifications: ACLS
- Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Training: Strong knowledge of Pharmacy Services; knowledgeable and skilled in current practice concepts of pharmacy practice settings; strong knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and professional standards; strong project management skills; good strategic planning skills; strong change management skills; must demonstrate personal traits of a high level of motivation; team orientation; professionalism; trust; and place a high value on treating others with dignity and respect.

Weekly Schedule
- Variable shifts: 6am-4:30pm; 7:30am-6pm; 8am-6:30pm; 1:30pm-10pm Monday-Friday and 7am-5:30pm or 9:30am-8pm Sa/Su.
- Variable shifts and alternating weekends/holidays.
- Typical weeks are four 10-hour shifts, late shift weeks are five 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday.
