Clinical Pharmacist

Clinical Responsibilities

The clinical pharmacist shall support the mission of the hospital and pharmacy department by preventing, identifying and resolving drug related problems to assure patient safety, improve patient satisfaction and minimize costs.

Requirements

• Certifications And Licensure Required : Pharmacist Licensure - State of FL
• PREFERRED : Completion of an ASHP Accredited Pharmacy Residency
• Required : Bachelor's Degree; PharmD preferred

• Required : Bachelor's Degree; PharmD preferred
