About the role

The Clinical Partnership Manager – Pediatrics leads clinical discussions during the sales and implementation process, leveraging deep pediatric MRI expertise to assess workflows, optimize imaging processes, and ensure solutions align with clinical, operational, and compliance requirements. This role also provides training, supports demonstrations and troubleshooting, and translates pediatric imaging challenges into tailored solutions that improve patient experience, efficiency, and diagnostic outcomes in children's hospital environments.

Responsibilities

  • Leads clinical discussions with healthcare customers during the sales and opportunity phase, leveraging advanced expertise in MRI and pediatric imaging workflows to address complex clinical and operational needs within hospital and children’s hospital environments.
  • Conducts comprehensive workflow assessments at healthcare facilities to identify opportunities for optimizing clinical processes through the integration of organization solutions, with particular focus on pediatric MRI operations, patient throughput, safety, and patient experience.
  • Demonstrates strong proficiency in pediatric MRI system operation and clinical application, including knowledge of age-specific imaging techniques, motion reduction strategies, sedation and anesthesia coordination, acoustic noise management, and pediatric patient safety best practices.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree in areas such as Healthcare Consulting, Clinical Education and Training, MRI Clinical Practice, Pediatric MRI, or equivalent; Experience working in pediatric MRI departments, children’s hospitals, or academic medical centers; Familiarity with pediatric sedation workflows, anesthesia coordination, and family-centered care models; Experience supporting MRI workflow optimization, clinical applications, or healthcare technology implementation initiatives.

Qualifications

Must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position. Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP); Advanced MRI certification or pediatric imaging specialization preferred.

Pay

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
