About the role
The Clinical Manager at Chapters Health is responsible for overseeing the pediatric team's daily activities, ensuring compliance and quality care, and managing clinical staff.
Responsibilities
- Maintain compliance and quality for pediatric patients
- Assign patients to the appropriate team members
- Monitor patient care as ordered on the interdisciplinary plan of care
- Conduct IDT meetings
- Supervise and support clinical staff through evaluation and field supervisory visits
- Affirm ongoing development of teams' clinical skills
- Affirm quality care and compliance with state and federal regulations, CHAP accreditation standards, and the organization's policies and procedures
Requirements
- At least one year of Hospice/Home Health experience
- Preferred two years of leadership experience
- Preferred at least four years of medical surgical or oncology experience
- Minimum of two years of pediatric clinical experience
- Nursing license from all three jurisdictions for medical practice for the District of Columbia, State of Maryland, and/or the Commonwealth of Virginia or within 6 months of hire
- Valid Pediatric BLS/CPR Training
Qualifications
- At least a RN from a NLN accredited nursing program
- BSN preferred

Benefits
Compensation range: $96,103.54 - $143,040.51. This position requires consent to drug and/or alcohol testing after a conditional offer of employment is made, as well as on-going compliance with the Drug-Free Workplace Policy.
