About the role
The Clinical Partner (CP) provides basic technical nursing skills and delegated tasks under the direction and/or supervision of the registered nurse.
Responsibilities
- Provides care within scope of practice as per Florida Nurse Practice Act, Florida Statutes, and BHSF policy.
- Works closely with the assigned RN to ensure safe and quality patient-centered care.
- Delegates tasks such as wound care, discontinuing a saline lock, and discontinuing a Foley catheter.
- Does not delegate activities that require assessment and evaluation of the impact of interventions on patient care.
Requirements
- CNA or LPN license required.
- Clinical Partners hired prior to October 1, 2023, must obtain Florida CNA licensure within two years.
- One year of experience preferred.
- Previous experience as a CNA or LPN in an acute care facility in Florida is preferred.
Qualifications
- High School, GED, or equivalent.
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- Basic Life Support certification.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.

Pay
The estimated pay range for this position is $16.77 - $21.80 / hour, depending on experience.
