About the role

The Clinical Partner (CP) provides basic technical nursing skills and delegated tasks under the direction and/or supervision of the registered nurse.

Responsibilities

• Provides basic technical nursing skills and delegated tasks under the direction and/or supervision of the registered nurse.
• Works in close collaboration with the assigned RN to provide safe and quality patient-centered care.
• Does not delegate nursing activities that require assessment and evaluation of the impact of interventions on care provided to the patient.

Requirements

• Minimum required experience: Less than 1 year.
• High School Diploma, Certificate of Attendance, Certificate of Completion, GED, or equivalent training or experience required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate required.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) required.
• BLS and State of Florida CNA or LPN required.
• Previous experience as a CNA or LPN in an acute care facility in the state of Florida, preferred.

Qualifications

Pay

Estimated pay range for this position is $17.79 - $23.13 / hour depending on experience.
