About the role

• Provides basic technical nursing skills deemed competent and delegated tasks such as wound care, discontinuing a saline lock, and discontinuing a Foley catheter under the direction and/or supervision of a registered nurse.
• Works in close collaboration with the assigned RN to deliver safe, quality, patient‑centered care.
• Does not perform nursing activities that require assessment and evaluation of the impact of interventions, which are reserved for licensed nurses.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent training/experience.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience; prior acute‑care experience in Florida preferred.

Pay

Estimated hourly rate: $18.15 – $23.60, depending on experience.
