Description

The Clinical Partner (CP) provides basic technical nursing skills (deemed competent) and delegated tasks (i.e. wound care, discontinuing a saline lock, discontinuing a Foley catheter) under the direction and/or supervision of the registered nurse in accordance with the Florida Nurse Practice Act, Florida Statues and BHSF policy. The CP is a valued member of the nursing team who works in close collaboration with the assigned RN to provide safe and quality patient centered care.

Qualifications

• Degrees: High School Diploma, Certification, GED, Training or Experience required.
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
• Licenses & Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Additional Qualifications: 2 years experience required. Previous experience as a CNA or LPN in an acute care facility in the state of Florida, preferred.

Estimated pay range for this position is $17.79 - $23.13 / hour depending on experience.
