About the role

The Clinical Partner (CP) role at Baptist Health involves providing basic technical nursing skills and delegated tasks under the direction of a registered nurse. This position requires adherence to the Florida Nurse Practice Act, Florida Statutes, and BHSF policy.

Responsibilities

• Provides basic technical nursing skills and delegated tasks such as wound care, discontinuing a saline lock, and discontinuing a Foley catheter.
• Works closely with the assigned RN to ensure safe and quality patient-centered care.
• Does not delegate nursing activities that require assessment and evaluation of patient care impacts.

Requirements

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• One year of experience preferred, especially in an acute care facility in Florida.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, Certificate, GED, or equivalent training/certification required.
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• Basic Life Support certification required.

Pay
