About the role

Join our team as a Clinical Outreach Specialist and make a difference in the lives of adolescents and young adults. Build relationships and collaborate with professionals in the behavioral health care community to expand Newport Healthcare's reach and provide comprehensive care coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain trust as a reliable resource for behavioral health care in your community.
  • Collaborate with treatment teams to provide comprehensive care coordination.
  • Identify market strategies and deepen professional relationships to expand Newport Healthcare's reach.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with key decision-makers to uncover needs and create impactful partnerships.
  • Plan and execute engaging presentations tailored to your audience.
  • Respond promptly to service inquiries, ensuring seamless communication and support for families.
  • Participate in team calls and field rides, sharing insights and strategies for success.
  • Develop and execute quarterly and annual performance objectives for your target market.
  • Document meaningful activities in our contact database to track progress.
  • Plan and attend facility tours, professional weekends, and networking events to showcase Newport Healthcare.
  • Manage expenses and assist with client assessments (if licensed).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Marketing, Business, Healthcare, or closely related field OR minimum two (2) years of direct experience in a behavioral health setting/pharmaceutical sales.
  • Experience with communication principles, practices, and techniques applicable to a healthcare environment.
  • Extensive experience in creating, maintaining, and delivering marketing strategies to meet objectives.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer experience.

Pay

$100K - $118K per year, depending on experience.
