Clinical Outreach Representative (New Jersey)

About the Role

A Clinical Outreach Representative is responsible for marketing efforts in a designated region to increase awareness of Discovery Behavioral Health, the division they represent, and the specific brand they have been hired for. The role involves developing referral sources, maintaining internal and external relationships, and driving admissions to the organization.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute regional strategic marketing plans.
• Increase referrals and admissions for continued company growth.
• Develop and maintain referral relationships among healthcare professionals.
• Maintain activity levels equating to 85 field meetings, including 5 onsite tours and 3 in-services per month (or as assigned).
• Contribute to referral and admissions prospect goals as identified by the Regional Director of Clinical Outreach.
• Maintain and update the Sales Force database, including logging new contacts, updating accounts, and tracking activities and events.
• Complete weekly and monthly reports (e.g., mileage, credit card, end-of-month reporting) in a timely manner.
• Assist in identifying new marketing opportunities (direct mail, online, community-based).
• Facilitate communication between outreach, admissions, clinical teams, management, and referral sources.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university.
• At least three years of experience in direct outreach or clinical experience in the mental health field.
• Substance use experience preferred.

Monday–Friday (Full-Time, Exempt)

Work Location

Remote – Must be located near Union City, NJ.

Pay

Pay Range: $75,000 – $115,000 annually.
