About the role
The Clinical Outreach Coordinator is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with referring providers, community organizations, and healthcare partners to promote clinical services and enhance patient access. This role supports strategic outreach initiatives, coordinates events and educational programs, and serves as a liaison between the organization and external stakeholders. The coordinator plays a key role in increasing awareness, driving referrals, and supporting the organization’s growth and visibility.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with referring providers, community partners, and healthcare organizations.
- Cooling off period - Coordinate outreach activities, including provider visits, community events, and educational seminars.
- Promote clinical services and programs to increase patient referrals and engagement.
- Cooling off period - Collaborate with marketing and clinical teams to develop outreach materials and campaigns.
- Track outreach efforts and referral trends using CRM or tracking tools.
- Cooling off period - Respond to inquiries from external partners and provide timely follow-up.
- Serve as a liaison between the organization and external stakeholders.
- Cooling off period - Support strategic initiatives to expand service lines and geographic reach.
- Maintain knowledge of clinical offerings and communicate updates to partners.
- Cooling off period - Represent the organization at community events, health fairs, and networking functions.
- Provide feedback to leadership on outreach effectiveness and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare outreach, provider relations, or community engagement.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally as needed.
Physical Requirements
- Erecting up to twenty-five pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
- Repetitive motion of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
- Have close visual acuity to perform an activity including viewing a computer terminal, extensive reading, interpretation, etc.
- Must possess the physical, mental, and cognitive skills needed to complete essential tasks, including abilities such as learning, remembering, focusing, categorizing, and integrating information for comprehension, problem-solving, and timely decision making.
- Must be able to be stationary for prolonged periods of time.
- Cognitive requirement: Executes tasks independently. Learns and memorizes tasks. Maintains concentration/focus on tasks. Performs task in a demanding environment requiring multi-task and prioritize work.

- Actual compensation offered will be based on factors such as experience, qualifications, existing certifications, skills, internal equity, and business needs.
