Clinical Operations Supervisor - Full Time

About the role

The Clinical Supervisor oversees safe, high-quality, and cost-effective patient care in a medical-surgical setting. They ensure proper staffing, resource utilization, and collaborate with staff, physicians, and administration to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Managing patient flow and bed assignment
• Fostering a positive, change-driven work environment by inspiring leadership and providing mentorship
• Holding staff accountable for professional standards and compliance with policies and regulations
• Participating in staff evaluations
• Modeling professionalism and compassion
• Leading team efforts, process improvement, patient safety, staff development, and adherence to standards, all aligned with organizational values

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program
• Current RN licensure
• 3-5 years hospital nursing experience
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (preferred)
