About the role
The Clinical Operations Manager- Pediatric OR is responsible for translating and achieving strategic priorities and outcomes such as quality and safety improvements, care affordability, great patient experiences, and great team member experiences. This role leads an interprofessional team to create an environment where the team is empowered to achieve excellence in patient and organizational outcomes. The incumbent also provides oversight of the unit, which operates 24/7, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Translate and achieve strategic priorities and outcomes
- Lead an interprofessional team to create an environment of excellence
- Provide oversight of the unit that operates 24/7, weekends, and holidays
- Advocate for and embed evidenced-based practices and professional nursing standards
- Ensure compliance with patient care policies
Requirements
- Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) or Master of Nursing (MSN)
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license
- Basic Life Support certification through the AHA
- Specialty certification related to nursing practice or leadership preferred

- Previous OR experience

Schedule
