About the role

Responsible for managing donor relations, overseeing fundraising initiatives, and collaborating with various departments to achieve organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive donor strategies to increase funding and support for the organization.
• Oversee grant applications and manage relationships with potential funders.
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to create compelling narratives around donor engagement.
• Manage donor databases and ensure accurate data entry and analysis.
• Organize and facilitate donor events and stewardship activities.
• Work closely with program staff to align fundraising efforts with organizational priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., nonprofit management, public relations, or related).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, or a similar field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.

• Experience working with diverse communities and understanding the needs of different demographic groups.
• Knowledge of nonprofit governance and compliance standards.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with donors and stakeholders.
