- Providing operational support
- Tracking clinical program needs
- Keeping track of office/clinical supplies
- Answering and managing phone calls
- Running weekly reports
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Professional communication skills
- Previous healthcare experience is a plus
