Clinical Nursing Faculty (Part-Time) - Fond du Lac / Madison WI

About the Role

Join Joyce University as a Part-Time Clinical Nursing Faculty Member in Wisconsin. Shape the future of nursing by mentoring and teaching the next generation of nurses in real-world clinical settings at our Fond du Lac / Madison area clinical sites. This part-time role involves 1–2 clinical shifts per week, per academic term.

Responsibilities

• Guide students through hands-on clinical instruction in local healthcare facilities
• Inspire, mentor, and evaluate future nursing professionals
• Support student learning by identifying academic or behavioral challenges and offering remediation
• Contribute to ongoing curriculum development and program improvement
• Maintain professional growth and stay current with best practices in clinical care
• Participate in university events including staff meetings, pinning ceremonies, and graduation

Requirements

• RN license (unencumbered) in the State of Wisconsin
• Master’s degree in Nursing (BSN and either in an MSN program or willing to begin one also considered)
• 2–3 years of clinical nursing experience
• Saturday and/or Sunday availability

Preferred: 2–3 years of teaching experience

Pay

$43–$48 hourly wage
