Clinical Nurse - Wound Ostomy Continence Team

About the role
We are seeking a Clinical Nurse with experience in Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Care to join our WOC Team. This team delivers comprehensive care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating treatment across both inpatient and outpatient settings. Our robust team consists of 20+ Board Certified Nurses by the WOCNCB.
- Provide specialized nursing care to hospitalized oncology patients with complex wounds, perform detailed assessments, and develop treatment plans to optimize wound healing and patient outcomes.
- Work as part of an interdisciplinary team to provide education, support, and continuity of care throughout treatment and follow-up.
- Implement the nursing process for medical and surgical patients requiring intensive monitoring and nursing interventions.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to facilitate continuity of care.
- Deliver outstanding patient-centered care.
Requirements
- 1.5 - 2 years of Clinical RN experience
- Wound/Ostomy care experience in an acute care setting (preferred)
- Bachelor's of Science in Nursing
- New York State RN License
- BLS Certification
- CWON certification (preferred) or currently enrolled in a WOC Education Program

Additional Information
Location: Rotate between Inpatient (Main Campus - 1275 York Avenue) and satellite sites in NYC (David H. Koch Center and 53rd Street).
Schedule
- Full-time, 4x10-hour day shifts from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Weekend rotation schedule (3 individual shifts per month)
Pay
Pay Range: $113,100.00 - $180,900.00 (Exempt under FLSA)
