Clinical Nurse specializing in Kidney and Liver Transplant Surgery, providing direct patient care in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with an interprofessional team.
• Educate patients and families on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
• Promote patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop personalized care plans, communicate across care continuum, and address physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs.
• Participate in professional development and utilize critical nursing skills.
• Support complex transplant patients, work within a specialized team, and contribute to a nationally recognized transplant program.

Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Active RN license required.
• No prior experience necessary, though 2+ years' experience is preferred.
