Role Overview Seeking a Clinical Nurse specialized in Kidney and Liver Transplant Surgery. This full-time, night-shift position involves working three 12-hour shifts weekly, supporting patients through complex transplant procedures within a highly regarded unit. Responsibilities Include Providing patient-centered care, assessing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs.Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.Educating patients and families on post-treatment care, medication management, and home care.Monitoring patient responses and adjusting care plans accordingly.Participating in activities to ensure patient safety, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.Engaging in professional development and team collaboration with physicians, pharmacists, dietitians, social workers, and spiritual care providers. Qualifications And Skills Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.Ability to obtain licensure within 90 days.Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.Interest in advanced clinical training, including transplant-specific orientation and critical care.
