Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Promote patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management and medication administration.
• Assess and evaluate patient's physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs using critical nursing skills.
• Develop, implement, and modify individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare team members.
• Participate in activities promoting patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Engage in professional development activities.

Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• No prior experience required; supervision experience not necessary.
• Must obtain licensure within 90 days of graduation.
