Clinical Nurse Program Manager
Job Summary
Responsible for managing and coordinating specific clinical programs or services. This position involves overseeing nursing staff, implementing program initiatives, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care in alignment with organizational goals.
Essential Functions
- Lead the development and implementation of clinical programs or services, ensuring alignment with the hospital's mission and strategic objectives.
- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to nursing staff within the program.
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff assigned to the program.
- Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives related to the program, analyzing performance metrics and driving continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals from various disciplines, including physicians, social workers, and therapists, to provide comprehensive care within the program.
- Collect and analyze relevant data related to program outcomes and performance.
- Prepare regular reports for leadership, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Nursing required and Master's Degree Nursing preferred.
- Experience: Clinical experience with a background in program management 5-7 years required, and Leadership and management experience 3-5 years required.
- Licenses and Credentials: Registered Nurse [RN - State License] - Generic - HR Only required.
