Clinical Nurse - PRN (Days/Nights)

About the Role

Provides direct patient care activities, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration. Participates in ensuring patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while engaging in ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and the interprofessional team.
• Assesses physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, cultural, spiritual, and emotional factors.
• Communicates effectively across the care continuum to ensure coordinated care delivery.
• Maintains a safety-sensitive mindset, working alertly to ensure safety at all times.

Requirements

• RN license required.
• Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree in Nursing.
• No prior experience necessary; Bachelor's degree preferred with less than two years of experience.
