Clinical Nurse - Pre-op/Post-op and OR Interventional Pulmonology

Role Overview

This position involves providing direct patient care within the Interventional Pulmonology department, including pre/post-procedure, outpatient recovery, and operating room interventions. The role requires working four 10-hour shifts, typically from 0700 to 1730, with no call or weekend duties.

Responsibilities

• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care
• Promoting safety
• Educating patients and families on managing their health

Qualifications & Skills

• RN license with a Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree; Bachelor's preferred
• No prior experience required; less than 2 years preferred for advanced roles
• ACLS certification required; operating room experience preferred
• Strong assessment, communication, and patient education skills
• Commitment to safety, quality, and regulatory standards
